Christopher Cross, the voice behind the perennial soft rock staple Sailing, is set to return to Paris next year, bringing with him a catalogue that defined a very specific moment in late seventies and early eighties radio.
He emerged in 1979 with his self titled debut album Christopher Cross, a major commercial success that included "Ride Like the Wind", "Never Be the Same" and "Sailing". The album earned five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. He followed with Another Page in 1983, featuring "Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do)", written for the film Arthur. His most recent studio LP Take Me As I Am came out in 2017
Christopher Cross and his band will be at L'Olympia on May 3rd, 2026.
