L.A. Guns return to Paris-area in the fall!

Seminal 80s hard rockers L.A. Guns are returning to the Paris (well,Montreuil technically, close enough) as part of their upcoming Lucky MF'r European tour. Formed in Los Angeles in the mid-1980s, the band emerged from the same Sunset Strip scene that produced acts like Guns N' Roses, with guitarist Tracii Guns even playing a role in that group’s earliest incarnation. L.A. Guns quickly established their own identity with a rawer, blues-leaning strain of glam metal that produced albums like L.A. Guns and Cocked & Loaded, records that helped define late-80s hard rock.

The band’s history has rarely been straightforward. Over the years L.A. Guns became almost as famous for constant lineup changes as for their music, at one point even operating as two competing versions of the band. In recent years things have stabilized around the core partnership of Tracii Guns and vocalist Phil Lewis, a pairing that has restored a sense of continuity while producing a steady stream of new material.

L.A. Guns will play Le Bal Chavaux on November 24 as part of their latest European run.
