Well, that's a bummer... According to the well-regarded fan site IORR.org, The Rolling Stones' rumored plans for a summer 2025 tour have been scrapped.
Since no official dates were ever announced, it’s not exactly a cancellation—but IORR.org has a solid track record when it comes to these things.
Given that Mick Jagger and Keith Richards are now in their eighties, with Ronnie Wood not far behind, it’s natural to wonder if health concerns played a role. However, a similar situation arose a few years ago when tentative tour plans were abandoned without explanation. It later emerged that the issue was securing insurance, likely due to one of the members’ age or medical history.
We still hope to see the band bring Hackney Diamonds to the stage—by all accounts, the U.S. tour was a gas, gas, gas. But if their 2022 Paris show turns out to be the last time we witness The Rolling Stones live, it was a spectacular way to close the chapter.
We’ll share any updates as they come.
