Begonia @ La Maroquinerie, Paris - February 13th, 2026

Introduced on stage by Joey from the headlining act, Begonia opened the evening for The Bros. Landreth with a set that balanced emotional introspection and outward charisma. Her songs dig into the psychological minutiae of relationships, spiritual doubt, self love and self loathing, yet they are delivered by a performer who radiates warmth and humor. There is a compelling contrast at play, deeply personal material carried by an openly expressive presence.

Musically, her sound leans toward melodic pop with a soulful undertow. Her voice can shift in an instant, moving from a bluesy rasp to a delicate, almost ethereal lilt, each shade deployed in service of the song and the audience fully invested in the struggles of the person on that stage baring her soul.

Between songs from her new album Fantasy Life, Begonia proved as engaging as she is musically assured. Self deprecating, quick witted and disarmingly honest, she built an immediate rapport with the audience and by the time she left the stage, the mood was set for an evening defined by candor, connection and honesty in songs.
