Today, progressive metal heroes Dream Theater announced that they'd be reuniting with their former drummer Mike Portnoy for a new album, their first one together in nearly fifteen years. How long had this been in the works? What happened with Portnoy's replacement Mike Mangini? Is Portnoy back in just a drumming capacity or will he be reprising all of the roles he used to fill in the band? Only time will tell.
