Friday's Playlists: Hellfest 2026

This Friday’s Playlists comes supersized in six parts, one for each of this year’s Hellfest stages. From death metal brutality on Altar and black metal darkness in Temple to sludge in Valley, hardcore chaos in Warzone and the arena-sized epic-ness of both Mainstages, nearly every artist on this year’s bill is represented here. Consider it your crash course before the gates open next week, a fast and very loud way to map out what awaits in Clisson, France.

We’ll be on site from June 18 to 21 covering the festival in real time with photos, reviews and videos straight from the pit, the crowd and the late-night wreckage. Bookmark this page and follow along live: https://www.electriceyerock.com/p/electric-eye-live-at-hellfest-2026.html

Enjoy, comment, share, and... see you in Hell!

* A quick note on these selections: wherever it made sense, we prioritized songs from each artist’s most recent release, so this isn’t a strict prediction of what these acts will actually play at Hellfest. There are some exceptions to this rule however: Iron Maiden have already announced an “early years” set, so we went with a track from that era rather than newer material. Cavalera Conspiracy are centering their set around Chaos A.D., but since they still haven’t released their recorded version of that material, we used the original Sepultura recording instead, which means Sepultura appears twice in the MainStage 2 playlist as the current lineup is also performing the following day. And for Mikkey Dee & Friends, we went with a live version of the Motörhead classic "Ace of Spades" with Dee behind the kit.
