Gang of Four To Celebrate 45 Years of Entertainment! on European Tour, including Paris date!

Gang of Four are embarking on a European tour to celebrate the milestone anniversary of their seminal album Entertainment!. Dubbed "The Long Goodbye," (the band is calling it quits after the tour,) the trek will see the English post-punk pioneers play the album in full and in sequence, including singles like "At Home He's A Tourist" and "Damaged Goods" as well as the classic album track "Anthrax." The second set will dig into the rest of the band’s storied catalog, tracing their evolution across decades of boundary-pushing releases.

Founding guitarist Andy Gill was one of the first victims of the COVID-19 virus back in February 2020. The remaining founding members, singer Jon King and drummer Hugo Burnham, have assembled a great line-up for this jaunt: Gail Greenwood, formerly of Belly and L7, will be (wo)manning the low end, while Ted Leo of The Pharmacists will have the arduous task of replicating Gill's famously angular guitar parts.

The band will be making a stop at Le Trianon in Paris on July 1st, and this will be the city's last opportunity to hear them play these classic tunes live. CLICK HERE to purchase your tickets.
